POWERLAB FITNESS AND SEA WELLNESS HOUSE RULES
By purchasing the membership to the sport club “Powerlab Fitness” and “Sea Wellness” and paying in the register, the client confirms that he is familiar with the internal rules of the club and undertakes to comply with them.
Powerlab Fitness and Sea Wellness will not provide a refund for previously purchased membership, however, in cases when the client is not able to receive the appropriate service, for example (emergency situation in the country, preventive and technical maintenance, lack of a trainer who provides the appropriate service), there is an opportunity to freeze or prolong the membership.
When visiting the pool and fitness room, visitors are given one towel per area included in the subscription. Additional towels can be rented (2 €/person).
Drinking water is available in the gyms and fitness rooms. Customers can purchase drinking water for an additional fee during their visit to the swimming pool.
Children from 0 to 2 years old are not allowed in the pool without a nappy.
A special offer for seniors is available on weekdays for classes that start at 10.00, 11.30 and 13.00.
The internal rules, safety and conduct rules of Powerlab Fitness and Sea Wellness (hereinafter internal rules) are designed to define the rules of conduct, internal procedures, limits of mutual responsibility of visitors and employees at Powerlab Fitness and Sea Wellness, rights and obligations.
Procedure for use of the services
2.1 The services of Powerlab Fitness and Sea Wellness are allowed to the customers who have a paid and valid membership to the sports club.
2.2 Powerlab Fitness and Sea Wellness subscriptions shall be activated at the time of purchase, except for gift cards with a specified validity period.
2.3. when purchasing the membership Powerlab Fitness and Sea Wellness register in the database the personal information and electronic photo provided by the client the administration of the club has the right to store and use for the purpose of providing services and providing security.
2.4 You may become a member of Powerlab Fitness and Sea Wellness by purchasing one of the membership cards and receiving a magnetic card to be presented each time you visit Powerlab Fitness and Sea Wellness. This card may only be used by the cardholder. If the “Powerlab Fitness” and “Sea Wellness” card is lost or damaged but the client wishes to visit the club, he/she may buy a new card by paying 5 euros for its production.
2.5 Only Powerlab Fitness and Sea Wellness card holders and Baltic Beach Hotel & SPA visitors may use the membership cards; the cards may not be transferred to other persons.
2.6. Powerlab Fitness and Sea Wellness can be visited once a day with a subscription; separately the client pays for additional fitness club, pool or group exercise classes.
2.7 When purchasing a subscription for one month, the client of Powerlab Fitness and Sea Wellness has the opportunity to transfer the number of paid visits to the next two-week period if they have paid the freezing amount of 50% of the initial subscription price.
2.7.1 When purchasing a six or twelve month Powerlab Fitness and Sea Wellness subscription, there is no option to freeze the subscription.
2.7.2 To suspend a subscription, the customer must send an application to the email address: email@example.com.
2.8 Persons over 16 years of age may attend Powerlab Fitness and Sea Wellness without parental supervision, with the exception of workouts conducted by an individual trainer.
2.9 In order to maintain order, club visitors are required to place their sports equipment in the designated area before cleaning it with disinfectant. The screws securing the seat and handles of the exercise bike must be unscrewed and the seat must be disinfected; treadmills must be lowered to their original position after each use.
2.10. In case of violation of the rules the staff of Powerlab Fitness and Sea Wellness has the right to terminate the attendance and kick the client out of the club premises and impose a fine up to 25 €, block the membership card for a certain time or cancel the membership card. In this case the fee for the subscription or club attendance will not be refunded. Powerlab Fitness and Sea Wellness shall have the right to claim full refund from the client.
2.11. Powerlab Fitness and Sea Wellness have the right to cancel the subscription if the Club member regularly fails to comply and significantly delays the club attendance times specified in the subscription.
2.12. The Club will not be liable for personal belongings left or lost by customers or for accidents caused by customers’ own actions or force majeure.
2.13. If the electronic bracelet is lost, the visitor must pay a fine of €5.
2.14. The client wishing to visit Powerlab Fitness and Sea Wellness must wear replacement or disposable shoes.
2.15. It is prohibited to attend the gym with bare upper body, barefoot, inappropriate clothing and shoes.
2.16. The use of the equipment available to a member who has purchased a Full or AuqaFit membership is included in the subscription fee.
2.16.1 For each patron or member whose purchased Full or AuqaFit subscription does not comply with the terms and conditions of the Full or AuqaFit subscription, the equipment rental fee is €2.
3.1 It is strictly forbidden on the premises of Powerlab Fitness and Sea Wellness:
– smoking (including e-cigarettes), consuming and distributing alcoholic beverages, narcotic and other intoxicating substances, or being on the club premises while under the influence of alcohol, drugs or other intoxicants;
– bring and use any food, drink (except water in plastic bottle up to 1000 ml) and cosmetics in the swimming pool, sauna and gym
– bring animals;
– distribute any goods, services and their advertising.
3.2 The Powerlab Fitness and Sea Wellness premises are video monitored for general order and security. Upon arrival, the client consents to the processing and storage of this data.
Rights, duties and responsibilities of the clients of Powerlab Fitness and Sea Wellness.
4.1 The client of the Fitness Club and the pool has the right to:
– use the services of Powerlab Fitness and Sea Wellness in accordance with the terms and conditions of the purchased subscription;
– use other paid services, special offers and discounts at Powerlab Fitness and Sea Wellness.
4.2 The Club client is not entitled to conduct private training sessions for other club visitors.
4.3 A member of Powerlab Fitness and Sea Wellness may apply for any session at a specific day and time. A session is not considered missed if the client has given at least 3 hours notice of cancellation.
4.4 The client of Powerlab Fitness and Sea Wellness is personally responsible for
– his/her health and fitness to exercise at the club;
– damage to club facilities and premises;
– compliance with the terms and conditions of the subscription.
4.5 Customer cards must only be used for their intended purpose – to register a visit. Cards may not be broken, folded, stored at very high or low temperatures or exposed to magnetic fields (magnets, mobile phones etc.). If the card is damaged, the purchaser shall pay for the cost of repairing it.
4.6 Electronic locker keys must be used in accordance with their instructions for use. The instructions are located on the inside door of the locker.
4.6.1 If the electronic locker key is locked, the problem must be reported to the sports club administrator immediately.
4.7 Only clients who have purchased a single visit or season ticket may be in the Powerlab Fitness and Sea Wellness area. No accompanying persons are allowed in the Powerlab Fitness and Sea Wellness areas without paying for a visit, wearing outerwear, outdoor shoes, etc.
Rights and obligations of the health club and pool administration.
5.1 Administration of “Powerlab Fitness” and “Sea Wellness” has the right to change the mode of operation of the club, the price list, the list of classes and other things related to the activities of the club.
5.2 The fitness club and pool staff has the right to refuse admission to the club premises and also to cancel the membership of the client who does not comply with the internal rules of Powerlab Fitness and Sea Wellness, without prior notice and without compensation.
5.3 The fitness club and pool staff has the right to refuse access to Powerlab and Sea Wellness and to refuse customer registration and season ticket purchase to persons who may interfere or harm the work/interests of Powerlab Fitness and Sea Wellness at their discretion.
5.4 The staff of Powerlab Fitness and Sea Wellness has the right to refuse the opportunity to participate in group classes if the client is delayed for more than 5 minutes.
5.5 Powerlab Fitness and Sea Wellness shall not be liable for any material or civil damages that may be caused to the health of the clients due to the failure to comply with the internal rules, warning signs, inventory or staff instructions or due to the client’s or other clients’ own negligence.
Rules of Conduct.
6.1 The following is not allowed in the Powerlab Fitness and Sea Wellness areas:
– behaving loudly, insulting or otherwise disturbing other clients and club staff; taking photos, videos and making audio recordings;
– damaging stock, equipment and premises;
– occupy inventory and equipment without a justified need and make it difficult for other clients to use them;
– arbitrarily turn on, turn off and adjust music centres, televisions, saunas and ventilation equipment;
– perform intimate hygiene procedures such as shaving legs, beards, armpits, etc.;
– pour water and other liquids on sauna heating elements and use honey, coffee grounds and other cleaning agents.
6.2 During your stay at Powerlab Fitness and Sea Wellness, the generally accepted rules of cleanliness and order as well as personal hygiene must be followed; the swimming pool may only be visited in a swimming costume.
6.3 You must wear a swimming costume or towel in the saunas and relaxation areas; rubber slippers are recommended in the washing and sauna area; in turn, you must use a towel to sit on the sauna bench.
6.4 You may use your own towel in the swimming pool, sauna and relaxation area, as well as the towel issued at the Powerlab Fitness and Sea Wellness reception.
6.4.1 Issuance and use of towels at the Powerlab Fitness and Sea Wellness reception follows the towel issuance standard, which the customer reads out and confirms with his/her signature when making the initial subscription purchase.
6.4.2 Each member shall be issued a towel card, upon presentation of which 1 towel shall be issued to the member in the relevant visiting area during their visit.
6.4.3 The member is informed that the towel card must be used according to his/her standards and if the card is lost the member will be charged a fine of €20 and the card will not be issued a second time until the fine is paid.
7.1 It is advisable to consult a doctor before starting a session at Powerlab Fitness and Sea Wellness, especially if the client has had cardiovascular disease, back or joint injuries, other serious illnesses or if the client is unsure of their fitness for increased physical activity.
7.2 Stop the session immediately and inform the club staff if you experience uncomfortable pain, dizziness, weakness or discomfort.
7.3 Powerlab Fitness and Sea Wellness equipment and supplies may only be used for their intended purpose and in accordance with the instructions for use; if in doubt, you should consult the club staff for proper use of the equipment and facilities.
7.4 Maximum weight exercises must not be performed in the gym without the supervision of a trainer.
7.5 Powerlab Fitness and Sea Wellness staff must be informed immediately:
– of injuries or apparent impairment caused by themselves or other clients;
– of inappropriate actions or behaviour of other clients that violate the
– inappropriate actions or behaviour of other customers which violate the house rules or which may cause risks of injury or health impairment
– about violations of other visitors
– damage or defects of inventory and equipment.
7.6 Wearing rings, pendants, hairpins, etc. in class is not recommended. etc. objects which may pose a risk of injury.
