Various festive events are expected throughout the day. Guests will be welcomed by the vocal ensemble “Suitu sievas”. In the inner courtyard of the hotel, there will be music, dances and there will be an opportunity to participate in wreath-making, cheese-tying and vargan’s master classes, as well as to buy handicrafts.

In the evening of Ligo Day, we will continue the celebrations at the beach, where we will light a midsummer bonfire, decorate and launch a raft of flowers into the sea, dance and sing with the ensemble “Miers und bērziņš” and maybe find a “fern flower”. The hosts of the event will make sure that the face of every celebrant is decorated with a smile so that everyone feels welcome and happy! A fun and entertaining holiday program is also waiting for the little ones.

As the Līgo festival is unthinkable without a richly laid table, we invite you to enjoy both traditional Midsummer cheese and beer, and feast on a variety of delicacies from the specially created summer solstice menu. We will also offer a special selection of dishes prepared on the grill, which will satisfy even the most sophisticated gourmets!
