A unique type of martial art and meditation in motion, which includes effective breathing practices, a technique for developing flexibility and coordination, harmoniously develops the whole body and strengthens the immune system.

Morning Stretch

A tonifying lesson that will help you start the day with a large reserve of positive energy! The lesson includes stretching and breathing technics, as well as deep muscles strenghtening and spine flexibility developing exercises. A great way to wake up one’s metabolism, improve posture and increase overall well-being.

Outdoor Core

Training of medium and high intensity on the fresh air. The lesson is aimed at strengthening and developing the strength of all muscle groups, developing coordination and correct technique  of exercise performance. Particular attention is paid to the muscles of the corset and body stabilizers.


A very effective method of functional training using your own body weight on special loops. TRX helps develop all muscle groups by combining stability, mobility, strength and flexibility. Exercising outdoors increases the level of endurance of the body and reduces recovery time. Up to 20% more calories are burned during outdoor activities than during indoor classes.


EMOM  is a form of high-intensity interval training. This type of exercise will help your body learn to recover faster and work harder. Working outdoors provides a great opportunity to train more intense and with bigger effect.
