Executive Sous Chef

Job description, tasks

Support Head Chef in day to day operations
Assist Head Chef in developing new products and improving food quality
Ensure consistency in food presentation, quality and service
Ensure HACCP regulations are followed at all times
Deputise and act as Head of Department in absence in Head Chef



At least 5 years experience in profession in high quality restaurants
Very good knowledge of European cuisine
Understanding of menu engineering and managing food cost
Experience managing kitchen team
Experience serving up to 300 people banquets
Good communication skills in Latvian, Russian and English languages
Good knowledge in HACCP
Customer oriented and good mannered personality
International experience will be considered as advantage
