GIFT CARD TERMS & CONDITIONS

- When paying for a service or purchasing a product, the customer must present the Gift Card at the time of payment.
- The Gift Card cannot be returned or exchanged for cash and it is not possible to use a gift card purchase another gift card.
- The gift card can be used to receive services or purchase goods at Baltic Beach Hotel & SPA, Jūras street 23/25, Jūrmala, LV-2015.
- The owner of the Gift Card is responsible for its safekeeping and security.
- In case of loss, the Gift Card cannot be exchanged for a new Card, renewed, blocked or unblocked, or cancelled. This also applies to lost, stolen or otherwise illegally obtained Gift Cards by another holder.
- Gift Cards are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase, unless other validity conditions apply.
- Conditions for extending a Gift Card: the Card can be extended for a maximum of three months, provided that a surcharge of 20% (but not less than EUR 10) of the remaining denomination on the Card is paid and the Card is not expired at the time of the extension.
- If the Gift Card contains specific hotel services or special offers valid for a certain period of time, the guest can only use the Card to pay for these services and cannot exchange it for other services.
- The Gift Card can be used for the service/offer purchased until the expiry date indicated. After the expiry date of the Gift Card, but no later than 6 months from the date of purchase of the Gift Card, the Gift Card can be used to pay for the services provided by the hotel in the nominal value of the Gift Card.
- In order to use the Gift Card to pay for a service, a reservation must be made in advance.
- Baltic Beach Hotel & SPA reserves the right to check the expiry date and denomination of the Gift Card if necessary.
- By purchasing a Gift Card, the owner confirms that he/she has read and agrees to the above terms for the purchase and use of the Gift Card and undertakes to comply with them.
- If the Gift Card is given, gifted or otherwise transferred by the owner to a new user, the owner undertakes to inform the new owner of the above terms of use of the Gift Card.

I don’t even know where the best place is. (in Latvia) It seemed expensive when making the reservation, but it was worth it. The kitchen is super, the interior is beautiful, the baths are fresh and hot.
