Terms and Conditions

• The validity of all subscriptions is one calendar month, with no option to extend or freeze the subscription.
• Once activated, the subscription is personalized. It can only be used by the specific client who activated it, and cannot be transferred or used by third parties.
• Subscriptions for independent visits are available for persons aged 16 and above (except for the ONLY POOL KIDS subscription).
• Online-purchased subscriptions must be activated within 6 months from the date of purchase.
