Starters:

Baltic fish solyanka with salmon, catfish, shrimp, onions, carrots, olives, potatoes, cream, and tomatoes.
Foie gras escalope on homemade brioche with apple pearls and cranberries in champagne.
Grilled stuffed avocado with chickpeas, couscous, and tomato salsa (vegetarian).

Main Course:

Faroe Islands salmon with mustard glaze, green asparagus, and potato gratin.
Duck breast with parsnip puree, Madeira sauce, and beetroot chips.
Wagyu beef burger with caramelized onions, cheddar cheese, lettuce, chives, and smoked mayonnaise.
Tempura cauliflower with mild mango curry sauce (vegetarian).

Desserts:

Airy chocolate cake with vanilla sauce and raspberries.

I don’t even know where the best place is. (in Latvia) It seemed expensive when making the reservation, but it was worth it. The kitchen is super, the interior is beautiful, the baths are fresh and hot.
