On Sunday, March 17, “Baltic Beach Hotel & SPA” will celebrate the sun-waiting and pancake-eating festival “Maslenitsa”.
The ancient traditions and different customs associated with celebrating this festival are carefully stored and passed from generation to generation.In anticipation of the festival “Maslenitsa” the most delicious pancakes and snacks for any taste will also be served.
Throughout the day there will be songs and dances as well as plays the folklore group “Berendeyka” will perform plays and the most symbolic part - burning of a straw stuffed doll at the coast of the sea.
This symbolic action marks the end of winter, as well the end of grief and failures of the past.

I don’t even know where the best place is. (in Latvia) It seemed expensive when making the reservation, but it was worth it. The kitchen is super, the interior is beautiful, the baths are fresh and hot.
