The „Healthy Retreat” program aims at prevention and recovery of the body in a relatively short period of time. The unique health-promoting coastal climate of Jūrmala, the opportunity to enjoy swimming in natural warm seawater all year round—sourced directly from the Baltic Sea—as well as state-of-the-art medical technologies and professional medical staff, will ensure your well-being and health.

The program includes:

• Consultation with a rehabilitation physician/physiotherapist:
  The doctor designs a personalized health improvement course under the „Healthy Retreat” program.
• Visits to the sea water wellness center „Sea Wellness” (120min, 4 visits, one visit a day): Warm sea water (30˚C) is sourced directly from the Baltic Sea (25 m pool, kids' pool, jacuzzi, 3-meter waterfalls, underwater massage shells, 8 air massage stations, and three saunas – Roman mineral, cedar, and Himalayan salt).
• Nordic Walking (3 days): on the seashore, 5–10 km.
• Cardio training(45min, 3 sessions): in the gym or group class.
• Climatotherapy(15–30 min., 1 treatment*):
  • SPA capsule – thermotherapy, light therapy, and vibration massage.
  • Ozone capsule – active oxygen therapy (O3).
  • Waterbed therapy – deep relaxation in a weightless water state.
  • Carbon dioxide capsule – carboxytherapy.
  • Oxygen capsule – ionized sea air inhalation.
• Water therapy prescribed by a doctor (15-20min, 1 session*):
  • Charcot shower – body massage with high-pressure water jets.
  • Underwater massage.
  • Therapeutic pearl or ozone bath.
• Therapeutic massage (30min, 2 treatments*): manual or apparatus massage.
• Halotherapy (60 min., 2 sessions): Salt room.
