Breakfast: Continental breakfast buffetThe aim of the „Medical SPA de LUX” program is prevention, recovery, and treatment using natural factors such as the unique Jurmala coastline climate, mineral waters, therapeutic mud, warm seawater baths, medical SPA procedures, and care from experienced professionals. This program combines modern medical technologies, therapeutic exercises, physiotherapy, and a balanced diet to ensure health improvement, effective rehabilitation, and strengthened immunity.

The program includes:

A rehabilitologist consultation.
6 medical treatments per day.

The treatments are individually prescribed by the doctor during the consultation, based on your health condition, taking into account indications and contraindications.

1. Cardio Training: workout in the gym / group session in the fitness center (45 min).
2. Balneotherapy (15–30 min*):
- Water treatments
- Mud therapy (for problem areas)
- Therapeutic massage (manual or apparatus massage**)
** in case if balneotherapy treatments are not recommended for the patient.
3. Physical Therapy (15 min*):
- Magnetotherapy
- Ultrasound therapy
- Laser therapy
- FMS (Functional Magnetic Stimulation)
- StimaWell (electrostimulation device massage)
- Electrotherapy
4. Halotherapy (60 min): Salt room.
5. Oxygen therapy (15 min*):
- Oxygen chamber with ionized sea air
- Oxygen cocktail
6. Phytotherapy: Herbal tea course.

*1 treatment in a day prescribed by the rehabilitation specialist from the available range of options.

Daily access to the "Sea Wellness" relaxation center (120 min):
Swimming pool (25 m) with warm purified sea water (29-30 °C), cascades (3 m), and underwater massage, children's pool, jacuzzi, Roman sauna, Himalayan salt sauna, and cedar sauna.

The minimum duration of the program is 2 nights and 3 days, with the option to extend it to your desired number of days and nights. For the best results, we recommend choosing a 6 night, 7 day program.

I don’t even know where the best place is. (in Latvia) It seemed expensive when making the reservation, but it was worth it. The kitchen is super, the interior is beautiful, the baths are fresh and hot.
