The aim of the „Sanatorium” program is prevention, recovery, and treatment of a wide range of diseases using natural factors – unique Jurmala coastline climate, mineral waters, therapeutic mud, natural warm seawater baths directly from the Baltic Sea, medical SPA procedures, experienced and highly professional medical staff, modern medical technologies, therapeutic exercises, physiotherapy, balanced nutrition, and a tailored treatment regimen. This approach ensures health improvement, effective rehabilitation, prevention of chronic disease exacerbations, strengthened immunity, and overall well-being.

• Consultation with a rehabilitation physician:
  The doctor designs a personalized health improvement course based on the treatments included in the program, as well as on clinical and laboratory test results. The treatment course is conducted under the supervision of medical personnel.
• A visit to the sea water relaxation complex "Sea Wellness" (120 min, 7 sessions, one visit a day): Swimming pool (25 m) with warm purified sea water (29-30 °C), cascades (3 m), and underwater massage, children's pool, jacuzzi, Roman sauna, Himalayan salt sauna, and cedar sauna.
• Nordic Walking (7 days): on the seashore 5–10 km;
• Cardio training in the gym (45min, 3 sessions);
• Therapeutic massage (30min, 2 treatments*): manual or apparatus massage.
• Water therapy prescribed by a doctor (15-20min, 3 sessions*):
  • Charcot shower – body massage with high-pressure water jets.
  • Underwater massage.
  • Therapeutic pearl/ozone bath.
• Mud Therapy (20-30min, 3 treatments*): Healing mud or lake sapropel mud for problem areas.
• Halotherapy (60 min., 4 sessions): Salt room visit.
• Physical Therapy (up to15 min, 6 treatments*):
